SMT · assembly
Placement to assembly,one integrated service.
Specialists in SMT placement, through-hole insertion and product assembly manage production schedules and per-process quality, delivering stable production from prototypes to mass production.
01SMT
SMT equipment places electronic components on PCBs with precision. Production conditions and process quality are managed for stable output.
02Through-hole insertion
Operators insert odd-form parts that are hard to automate, then solder them by reflow or automated insertion equipment, depending on the part and the process.
03Inspection
SPI, 3D AOI and other equipment check placement and assembly against per-process criteria, catching defects early to secure product quality and production reliability.
04Final assembly · packing
Boards and parts are assembled into the product enclosure, then packed to the product spec and customer requirements, ready to ship.

A screen printer precisely prints solder paste onto the PCB's designated pads.

High-speed, high-precision automatic placement delivers stable SMT quality.

Nitrogen reflow
Precise temperature control in nitrogen reflow delivers uniform soldering quality.

(3D) AOI
3D AOI equipment precisely inspects placement and solder condition to catch visual defects.

X-Ray
X-ray equipment precisely inspects joints hard to see by eye, such as beneath BGA parts.

Our Incheon and Gunpo facilities run SMT placement, through-hole insertion and product assembly. Processes flex with each product and volume, from prototypes to mass production.
